Frederick J. Pollutro, Owner
Fred is a second-generation insurance professional who was licensed in 1976. He has overseen the agency as owner and president since 1984. Fred, his father, Fred Sr., and mother, Maria Carmina, are proud of the agency’s history and thank the many valued customers who have trusted the agency since it was established in 1951.
Fred is a graduate of Thomas W. Harvey High School and the University of Dayton. He is an active community member, having served on the Painesville City Council for 10 years. He is also a member of the Painesville City Improvement Corporation, the Painesville Area Chamber of Commerce and the Downtown Painesville Organization. Fred also enjoys coaching youth sports, golf and home remodeling.

Roseann Dennis
Roseann is currently celebrating 39 years as a customer-service professional and 15 years as a valued agency employee. Roseann offers the experience, knowledge and professional guidance our customers have come to expect from our agency. A Painesville native, she has worked in Ohio and Arizona, handling personal and commercial accounts for the contracting, trucking and machine shop industries.

Nick Augustine
Nick has been in the insurance business for about one year, working as a producer and CSR. He received his license to sell property and casualty insurance in September of 2008. Nick is a Painesville native who graduated from Lake Catholic High School in Mentor. After high school, he received his Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science with a focus on Spanish from Bowling Green State. Currently specializing in personal home, auto and small business, Nick looks forward to working with you.

Michele "Mickey" Pugh
Mickey has been in the insurance business for 24 years. She began her insurance career while still in high school and specializes in auto and home. She worked for Progressive Insurance Company for 18 years in many capacities, including underwriting, acting as a territory sales manager and as a claims representative servicing Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland and the Washington, D.C., metro area.
Mickey took a few years off to stay home to raise her three children. She joined our agency in February of 2009 to further enhance her career. Mickey enjoys meeting new people and prides herself on taking the time to listen to her clients and understand what is important to them. She enjoys developing a lasting relationship with them.

Elias Nunez Jr.
Elias is the newest addition to our agency. An experienced sales consultant with 15 years of experience in retail and customer service environments, Elias is bilingual and will service our Hispanic community. He is also active in local Painesville organizations.
